Andrew gave me outstanding service. He was on the job quickly and efficiently. The office however is not helping you get business. The receptionist doesn't take down information well and often times does not answer the phone. I almost went with another company that was more expensive due to the office's lack of availability which I assumed would reflect the reliability of the workers. I called Andrew directly and was very pleased as he answered quickly and took care of my needs in record time.

My air conditioning system wuz not working & according to the landlords maintenance man ,the fan unit up in the attic took a you no what, so my landlord gene Smith had Rapture air come & do the service needed, & within approximately 5 hours had a new small motered fan installed in the attic & a brand new ac unit installed outside, I'm so impressed with the ability, quality that the technician Joe & his coworker had done 2 see that my ac system was done & working awesome

Called Rapture Air this morning when my air conditioner stopped cooling. It was 89 degrees inside. Their technitian arrived on time as promised his name is A J. Checked everything out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Great service and reasonable price! Thank you!
When the tech came out, he dumped bleach or some type of bleach product all over my newly planted grass. I could smell it when I was out by his truck and noticed it was all over the side of the road and now, my grass. Thanks for the burnt grass Rapture Air! Dump that stuff at your own place not on a customers property. Not cool

As a project manager I have had the opportunity to work with several HVAC companies in the Lake County, FL area. Rapture Air has been incredibly responsive and their prices are generally the lowest of the quotes I get for my projects. Quotes and installs are always done in a timely manner. I am so impressed with Rapture Air that I had them do the HVAC change out at my personal residence. Don't hesitate to give them a call for a new system or service on your existing system.
I started out thinking this would be a great company with a great experience. It has been a nightmare. First of all the Dispatch associate Sonja is by far the rudest person I have ever spoke to on the phone. When you invest money into brand new AC equipment with a 10 year warranty at least listen to the problem without giving me an attitude. Secondly I called because our less than a year old equipment was leaking water into my house. The technician they sent out said it was because the units were low on a charge. Really less than a year old? I think that is not the issue! Didn’t even offer to replace the air filters that were completely ruined from the equipment failing? Tech said he fixed the problem and left. I bought a new filter because their highly qualified tech said it was fixed and that one is ruined as well because 630pm at night the AC unit is still leaking water. Called the emergency dispatch and left a message. No call back. Husband and I decided to check drain lines and emptied out nearly 3 gallons of backed up water and sludge. Great job Rapture Air, I’ll send you my bill. Noon the next day still haven’t heard from them so I called on my lunch to address the situation and their lack of fixing the problem. Only to be rudely spoken to. Word of the wise try someone else for AC sales and service.

I called & they said someone would be there the next day at 9am. Eric showed up before 9am, checked everything, explained what was needed in detail & gave me a quote. This was on a Friday, he said the a/c unit was in stock & they could install it on Monday. Joe & Mike came a little after 8am & they did a great job installing the unit. I would highly recommend Rapture Air!

Before replacing our entire heat pump/ac system, we got 5 quotes from "highly" recommended companies. Rapture Air was the last company we met with and also the best! Everyone we dealt with at Rapture was knowledgeable and personable. They did a great install and had the best price. We even added much needed duct work to the project and the price was still lower than the next lowest quote. Rapture Air is our recommendation from now on.

Rapture Air serviced and cleaned my 18 year old a/c as well as replaced an old capacitor for an exceptional price. Dave communicated with me and also showed my how to do a bit of routined maintance to keep the unit functioning until the next yearly service. Very easy to work with. The estimate was thorough with listing out all that would be done. The installation crew was on time, respectful of my house, and friendly. They offered free financing which was a bonus. They seem to have done a great job!
I cannot say enough about Rapture Air. First of all and more important they are responsive to their customers needs. For example I called last night when our air went out and a technician called back within 10 minutes. He walked me through a few things to do to troubleshoot and avoid a service call. Sadly they did not work but I was impressed that this company has its employees try to save customers money instead of taking it. This morning at 730, a half hour before the office opened for the day, Sonia called to schedule my appointment. AJ, the technician, was there by 930 and the problem was fixed by 10. While he was there, I had him do the yearly maintenance and I have rarely seen such devotion to a job. He really takes great pride in doing the best he can and was so cheerful and great to talk to. Thank God for Eric….the most technically expert air conditioning leader with absolutely amazing skills. …he was so great his company recognized his excellence and promoted him. Although he is promoted and in a leadership position….he rolled up his sleeves and made a very difficult repair to my system….he did not have to…could have just said….buy another system….he did not. He went and got his tools and as one of the very few individuals who have the specialized acumen to execute this repair job…….made an aluminum patch and saved my entire system. They were very professional and polite. The work was completed in the time frame they gave us and the cleanup was excellent. They explained everything they had done and how to operate the equipment. AC had not been keeping up all week.. Inside temp pushing 80 at 5pm.. and would run all night to maybe get back down to 74 by morning. Called Rapture .. (neighbor recommended) On Friday about 3pm.. Left a voice message and was sure I was going to end up suffering all weekend.. NOPE! Got a call back in about 20 mins.. said they would sent technician out asap.. He called an hour later and was 20 mins away.. Fortunately, we just needed some freon added.. AC good as new! This company is awesome! Prices seem fair.. Would definitely recommend!

I shopped a number of places to determine who to install our AC system in our new addition. Rapture Air distinguished itself from the initial visit and resulting quote right through the installation and other HVAC related items that they handled. Rapture Air had the best overall solution (two cassette mini-splits) at the best price compared to other suppliers. Their rep Erick was very knowledgeable and professional, and very responsive to my calls, questions, etc. In addition to the new AC install, Rapture also helped me get the oven exhaust venting and exhaust fan installed, and also extended our existing HVAC into the converted garage area. Their solution also really helped with my budget since I was able to take advantage of the Samsung 2 years same as cash for the cost of the system. Lastly, Steve, who headed the installation crew, was also very helpful and professional. Everything was done as requested, on time, and with great follow up for my questions about how to operate the system, etc. I highly recommend Rapture Air for any of your HVAC related needs.
After having some issues with our two units that were installed in 2019, Rapture Air made it right. Their office manager Nick worked with me to make the corrections to our units and worked with me on balances that weren't covered by the manufacturer warranty. It came time to replace my heat pump and air exchanger and although I had used the same company that had installed my original unit for many years I thought it a good idea to get multiple quotes for this major purchase. On the recommendation of my neighbor I contacted Rapture. The estimator/manager, Eric, was very thorough and provided me with multiple options but more importantly gave me the information to make an informed decision. The install went very well with Carl and Paul doing an outstanding job while explaining to me certain approaches or options while the install was underway. Decisions about major purchases are difficult and often you second guess if you made the right choice. That is NOT the case in this instance. Timely, competent, professional and nice people too. 5 stars +++
From the initial proposal with Erick to the installation of a new Rheem heat pump and air handler by Steven and Chris went smoothly. The service manager Charlie, came out later that afternoon to button up, was quite knowledgeable and very customer oriented.One suggestion would be, even after a long day of install, is to make sure their is time for the customer to have a good look at the installation ( if they wish) and description of how everything works. On a total install, I believe a follow up with a technician coming out a couple weeks later and going over everything with the system and answering customer questions would be a comfort for the customer and beneficial to Rapture Air.Communications throughout the entire process were phenomenal…Everyone was professional and courteous from start to finish!
Rapture Air maintained our original A/C unit for years with amazing service and prices. When we needed a new unit, they did an excellent job with installation and even installed a unique overflow system for our upstairs unit at our request( have never needed it) … and beat any competitors on the price! I highly recommend them for both installation and maintenance.

It was 9:30pm on a Saturday night when our air conditioner stopped working. I have a 38-week pregnant wife here, and when this happened, she simply lost it. I had to do something and I remembered seeing the Rapture Air signs around town. I called hoping anyone at all would pick up when the recorded line said “if this is an emergency, press 1 now”. So I did, and a guy picked up on the second ring named Charlie. Super nice dude. I explained that I was in a pickle and he came right out within an hour. He let me stand outside and learn a little bit about what he was doing. We both chit-chatted about pregnancy and family while he worked. We discovered my capacitor was shot. He was able to fix it for me and within an hour, the air conditioner was back to pumping ice cold air again. I have a very happy wife now who will be able to sleep tonight and I couldn’t be more impressed with the friendliness, promptness, and professionalism that Rapture Air shelled out tonight. I will recommend this company to friends and family, and really want to give Charlie two thumbs up tonight. He killed it. Well, he actually brought it back to life, but… you get what I mean. The Rapture Air team was great from beginning to end with the installation of a mini split in our Florida room. They answered all questions and I was thrilled with how well everything was cleaned up at the end of the job. Highly recommend them for any ac needs you may have.

Had Rapture Air come out to do a check-up / cleaning on my HVAC system. They were very thorough and informative on showing you how everything looks on your system with photos and everything. Very honest and there were no sales pitches to try and sell you on additional services as some companies do. Very reasonable pricing too. Will definitely use them again.
